Considering that LA TRIBUNA FC sells Team Shirts online, which are not original models from its national distributors. based; considering the Customer's interest in purchasing shirts offered by LA TRIBUNA FC in its sales channels; and that the product arrives directly from other countries to the customer's home, the purpose of this contract is to establish the general conditions for the purchase of products and services for the customer on the LA TRIBUNA FC website. 1. Confidentiality: LA TRIBUNA FC is responsible for preserving the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer in the purchasing process 2. Customer Service (SAC): The customer has this service available to resolve their doubts, resolve any request or claim regarding their order or any content available on the website. The SAC can be contacted through a form on the website or by sending an email to soporte@latribunafc.com, all available in our "Customer Service". Please include your order number in all your emails, we will respond within 2-3 business days. Please note that our support is not 24/7 and our emails are checked MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:00-17:00.
