1-PRODUCT
1.1-WHAT IS THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE PRODUCTS?
All items sold in the LA TRIBUNA FC store are of the highest quality and have all the necessary labels, seals and identifications.
1.2-WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?
In addition to a wide variety of products, we also offer a range of sizes. Size options: S, M, L, XL and XXL. Each product has a SIZE GUIDE (below the description) so you can check the correct measurements for your body.
1.3-DO YOU WORK WITH EXTRA SIZES?
Yes. We also work with 3XL and 4XL sizes, but NOT for all products. Please contact us via WhatsApp to confirm if the desired model is available in these sizes. IMPORTANT to note: we charge an EXTRA fee of €5.00 (for each 3XL or 4XL product) to cover the high manufacturing costs of these sizes.
1.4-CAN I CUSTOMIZE?
Yes. We offer you the possibility of personalizing your product with NAME and NUMBER, without having to pay extra and with FREE PERSONALIZATION. The customer can decide if they want to personalize with their own name or that of a PLAYER. IMPORTANT to highlight the CHARACTER LIMIT:
NAME: 15 characters
NUMBER: 2 digits

1.6-DO YOU OFFER ANY PROMOTION?
Yes. Our website has an active promotion system based on "Buy 3, Pay 2". The promotion has no restrictions, and also offers completely free shipping. To take advantage of the promotion is simple: just add 3 products to the shopping cart and our system will automatically identify and deduct the price of a complete product. This way, you can buy 3 products for the price of 2 quickly and efficiently.

2.1-IS IT SAFE TO BUY FROM YOUR STORE?
Yes. Our website has an SSL Security Certificate, responsible for protecting important customer information during navigation and especially when making purchases on the site. Your data will be protected during the purchase process, which we will handle securely through Shopify's excellent payment platform.
2.2-WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

2.3-DO I NEED TO CONTACT BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE?
No. Our website offers the structure and sufficient information for customers to make purchases independently, without the need for prior assistance, speeding up the process. Pay attention to our social networks and take advantage of our discount coupons and promotions to buy directly on the website.
3-FOLLOW-UP
3.1-DO YOU USE TRACKING CODES?
Yes. We use Tracking Codes, based on the premise that this tool is essential for customers to closely monitor each purchase.
3.2-HOW LONG AFTER PURCHASE WILL I RECEIVE THE TRACKING CODE? AND HOW?
The Tracking Code is sent by the LA TRIBUNA FC team between 3 and 5 WORKING DAYS after payment of your order is confirmed. Using the delivery information, we identify your contact number and send the code via WhatsApp.
4-SHIPPING/DELIVERY
4.1-HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREPARE AND SHIP THE PACKAGE?
The preparation and SHIPPING of your item, following all the necessary care and procedures, also takes between 2 and 5 WORKING DAYS. Along with the Tracking Code, you will receive a photo of your product in its packaging, so you know that your package has been sent to its final destination.
4.2-HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT TO ARRIVE AT MY ADDRESS?
Your product has an estimated DELIVERY time of 7 to 15 BUSINESS DAYS, considering that it is manufactured internationally. PLEASE NOTE that this delivery time may be extended only in cases of delays, strikes, periods of high demand or holidays of the transport company.
The delivery process within each country is handled by the designated carrier. Please make sure someone is present at the address provided to receive the package. The carrier usually makes three delivery attempts at the address. Otherwise, your package will be held at the nearest post office or carrier facility and must be picked up within 7 CALENDAR DAYS. If not picked up within 7 days, the package will be returned to the sender, which will incur a SHIPPING fee for reshipment.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION to the ADDRESS information you provide at the time of purchase to avoid future inconveniences. We inform you in advance that in the case of an INCORRECT or INCOMPLETE address, the customer will NOT be entitled to a refund. In order to resend the package, a new SHIPPING fee of €20.00 will be charged.
